Fight for your right to vape!
On March 15, 2022, President Biden signed an omnibus spending package that, in addition to the $1.5 trillion in federal spending, gives the FDA regulatory authority over synthetic nicotine. Last year, many of your favorite e-liquid brands transitioned to manufacturing with synthetic nicotine due to the costly FDA premarket tobacco application (PMTA) process, in addition to, FDA Marketing Denial Orders (MDOs) that stopped the sale of many traditional nicotine flavored liquids. Under this new legislation, manufacturers of synthetic nicotine e-liquid products will now have to submit a PMTA or remove their products from the market effective May 14, 2022.
