Atomizers, tanks, drip tips, pods, e-liquids, and other consumable products are not covered under warranty. Some items may not be eligible for service due to misuse, damage, or other failures caused other than by manufacturer defects or premature failure.

Is leaking covered by the Vaporesso warranty period?
Leaking is not covered by the warranty period. If your tank or pod is leaking, please check for cracks and that your o-rings are in place and try changing the coil or pod.
How long will it take to get a replacement device?
From the day we receive it, it generally take 3-5 business days to send the replacement device out if the original device is still covered under warranty and the reason for return is a manufacture defect and we have it in stock. In the event your original product is not available our guest service team will contact you about an alternative device option.
Are tanks/coils/pods covered by the Vaporesso warranty?
Tanks, external batteries, and other consumable products are not covered by manufacturer defect. The warranty period covers the mod (device) itself for manufacturer defect.
What is considered manufacturer defects?
Manufacturer defect includes but is not limited to auto-firing, not holding a charge, screen malfunction, the mod not being able to read tanks/coils/pods, not turning on, or not firing at all and there are no external factors like water damage or damage from being dropped.
Does my warranty start over when I get my replacement device?
Warranties do not start over with replacement devices, the warranty period starts from the original date of purchase for the Vaporesso device or 30 days, whichever is longer.
